TIP: YUM repositories


"Seems you can get a YUM repository for a version of SuSE by sticking /yum on the end of the URI of the APT respository. So the 9.3-i386 repo is available here.

Good point,

YUM is the Yast Update Manager.

Yum is a powerful tool that greatly improves package handling on RPM-based Linux distributions. (like RC, oops Red Carpet..uh ZLM..ZENworks Linux Management)

and YUM is a very classy Thai restaurant on a little street
