1.) Create your Google Gmail account (send me a mail if you need an invititation)
2.) Install the the firefox plugin (gmail notifier)
3.) right click the notifier and select 'automatically log in'
4.) goto http://www.google.com/ig
add moosy to your google homepage:
add content
create a section

5.) Bookmark http://www.google.com/ig
6.) Add your Google account to Gaim for instant messaging
Create account in Gaim
select Jabber
screen name is your gmail account
server = gmail.com
port = 5222
connect server= talk.google.com
