Noticed that the older code had the Shiver effect turned on by default.
In SLED10 beta9 it is turned off by default. To turn it on:
gconf-editor
[apps] [compiz] [plugin] [wobbly] [screen0] [options]
focus effect = none -> change to Shiver
map effect = none -> change to Shiver
