Windows uses the Microsoft Tahoma font as standard font for the GUI.
If you have Windows, comes with most pc, you can use the font in Gnome.
To add the font: md /home/user/.fonts (only for this user)
cp /windowsdir/fonts/tahoma*.* /home/user/.fonts
restart gnome
(system, personal setting, fonts)
set to Tahoma 10
