Yahoo! has recently introduced the ability to send pictures via its popular IM service as part of its Yahoo! 360 communities. It also recently bought the Flickr picture sharing service. Not to be outdone, Google last year bought the Picasa online picture service and MSN signed a deal with PicSearch to reinforce its own offering.
