hmm I guess the link should point to jre?

Tried this running GroupWise under 10.1RC1 and I get a libjvm.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory error

I also got the missing library error. To fix I downloaded and installed jre 1.4.2 rpm from java.sun.com. Then created a symlink for jre to /usr/java/1.4.2_xx.

I tried it like discribed and groupwise starts :-). But sometimes, when opening an email, the groupwise client still crashes. I think it happens if the email I want to open contains html code. Any idea?

You can get Groupwise to work with the bundled jre 1.5 by adding the following variable to the groupwise startup script:

export AWT_TOOLKIT=MToolkit

sorry this doesn't fix the problem with groupwise shutting down everytime you open an html email (grr). Only workaround I know is right click on the email - properties then click the mail tab to view the html email.
